What a visit usually covers
Most of what people call me for fits a standard visit. A few examples:
- TVs, streaming and Foxtel — getting channels, apps and the remote sorted
- Computers running slow, playing up, or just not behaving
- Internet and Wi‑Fi that keeps dropping out, or a new modem to set up
- A new phone or tablet, set up and ready to go
- Email, passwords and accounts — getting back in, or starting fresh
- Video calls with family, set up and shown to you properly
- Spotting scams and staying safe online
- Printers that won't print
- Sitting with you and showing you how, at your pace, until it clicks
And yes, AI as well. You'll have been hearing about it everywhere lately — if you're curious what it actually is, or whether it could be any use to you, I'm happy to walk you through it in plain English, no jargon.
Not sure whether your thing fits? Just ask. It usually does.
The bigger jobs, like a slow computer given a proper tune-up, a virus cleaned out, a new computer set up with everything moved across, or smart home gear like cameras and lights, I'll quote before I start.
